* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up
to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Benton and Buchanan Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will be
slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
