A brief water outage will take place Friday night in Jonesboro.

TriRiver Water crews need to install a hydrant valve. To do so, they'll need to cut off water service for a small section of E Trade Street between 7 p.m. and midnight. 

The outage will affect customers on E Trade Street between Watson Avenue and Main Street.
