City of Battle Creek shares reminder of Juneteenth service changes for Friday, June 19

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The City of Battle Creek would like to share a reminder with our neighbors of service changes in place on Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
City administrative offices
- All City of Battle Creek administrative offices will be CLOSED Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
- City offices will resume regular business hours, of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, June 22.
Full Blast and Flash Flood Waterpark
- Full Blast Recreation Center will be OPEN for regular hours Friday, June 19.
- Flash Flood Waterpark will be OPEN for regular hours Friday, June 19, pending any weather-related closures.
Ride Calhoun
- Ride Calhoun administrative offices will be CLOSED Friday, June 19, with regular hours resuming Monday, June 22.
- RC MAX (fixed-route bus service), RC MOVE (paratransit service), and RC FLEX (on-demand service) WILL operate their regular schedules Friday, June 19.
Republic Services
- Republic Services will be OPEN Friday, June 19, with no expected pickup delays.
