Temporary road closure, water shut off along Golden Avenue during emergency water repair work Wednesday, June 10

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — City water crews will complete emergency water repair work along Golden Avenue, resulting in both a temporary road closure and water shut off, tonight, Wednesday, June 10.

The temporary road closure will impact:

  • Golden Avenue, between Leland Drive and Winston Drive


A temporary water shut off will also be in place along:

  • Golden Avenue, between Capital Avenue SW and Winston Drive


Crews began this emergency water repair work around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, and expect to be completed by 8 p.m., with the temporary road closure and water shut off ending then, too.
