BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Consumers Energy crews will complete the installation of new transformers at the substation located at 175 Fountain St. E, resulting in a temporary road closure, beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 3.

The temporary road closure, to allow a crane to operate during the installation work, will be in place along:

• Fountain Street East, between the Schweitzer building and the W.K. Kellogg Institute for Food and Nutrition Research building

Crews plan to begin this installation work Wednesday, Dec. 3, and expect to be completed by Friday, Dec. 5, with the temporary road closure ending then, too. Work hours will generally be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
