BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Battle Creek Police detectives have developed probable cause to pursue armed robbery charges in connection with the incident reported Oct. 16 in the 400 block of NE Capital Avenue. The case was forwarded to the Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

As of Friday, Oct. 17, the suspect has not yet been arraigned. No further information will be released at this time.
