BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — City sewer crews will complete work to fix a low manhole casting, by raising it back up to grade, along Sanderson Street, resulting in both a temporary road closure and lane shift, tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 28.

The temporary road closure will be in place along:

• Sanderson Street, leading up to where Sanderson intersects with East Emmett Street

The temporary lane shift will be in place along:

• The eastbound lane of East Emmett Street, near its intersection with Sanderson Street, will be shifted to the middle lane

Crews anticipate beginning this sewer work at 6 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, and expect it to be completed by 2:30 p.m., with both the temporary road closure and lane shift lifting then, as well.
