The Panama City Fire Department will be conducting its annual Spring Fire Hydrant Maintenance in your neighborhood this week to make sure hydrants are ready for emergencies. Crews will inspect, test, flush, and service hydrants across the city, mark locations, and report any needed repairs.
 
During this work, residents may notice temporary water discoloration caused by sediment in the pipes. This is normal and can be cleared by running your tap for a short time. To avoid issues, please wait until the water is clear before using washing machines or dishwashers. Maintenance will take place weekly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
