A Public Meeting will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Oakland Terrace Clubhouse – 1900 West 11th Street Panama City, FL 32401. The meeting will start at 5:30 PM.

All residents in the St. Andrews neighborhood who are part of the City of Panama City infrastructure improvements projects known as “SRF Area D Improvements” are welcome to attend to learn more about the projects currently in progress. 

This area spans from Bayview Ave, just west of Beck Ave, up to 15th Street, east to Friendship Ave and south to 11th St. (Map Attached)

City Leadership, City Staff, Project Contractors, and Project Engineers will be in attendance to answer questions and gather feedback from citizens on the project footprint.
