🧹 Fall Clean Up is This Friday & Saturday! 🧹

Town of Hackettstown residents ONLY can bring accepted household items to the Miller Street Fire House (101 Miller Street) during the Fall Clean Up. Items will not be collected curbside.

📍 Fall Clean Up Dates:

• Friday, September 11, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, September 12, 2026 — 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

⚠️ Proof of residency is required, and the town is not responsible for damage during unloading.

♿ Special Assistance: Anyone handicapped or 65 years or older who cannot bring their items for drop-off must call the D.P.W. Garage at (908) 852-2320 to schedule curbside pick-up. The deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

✅ Household items only

❌ Not accepted:

• Yard waste (grass, brush, branches, etc.)
• Hazardous materials (propane tanks, tires, concrete, asphalt, paint, etc.)
• Recyclables
• Construction materials (shingles, sheet rock, lumber, tiles, fencing, siding, windows, doors, etc.)
• Electronics (TVs, computers, printers, phones, etc.)
• Household trash
