TRAFFIC ALERT 9/2: The Madison Street milling and paving project will resume work today at 8:30am near the intersection of Grand Avenue. During milling, closures, delays, and rough pavement are expected. Work will go until 2:00pm each day. "NO PARKING" signs have been posted on Madison Street for the duration of the project and will be strictly enforced. HPD will be on location to assist traffic as-needed.
