Town of Colonie - Albany County Road Work Notification
June 3, 2025 - DPW Update
ALBANY COUNTY ROAD WORK NOTIFICATION
The Albany County Department of Public Works (DPW) announces upcoming road work as part of a Pavement Recycling Project in the Town of Colonie. The project will impact the following roads:- Old Albany Shaker Road from CR151 to the dead end (Start June 4– June 20)
- County Route 160 (CR160) from CR151 to the dead end (Start June 4 – June 20)
- Heritage Lane from CR151 to Airline Drive (June 4 – June 20)
- County Route 151 (CR151) from Jetway Drive to British American Boulevard (June 9 - June 20)
Project Schedule: Work is scheduled to begin Wednesday, June 4, 2025 and continue through Friday, June 20. Construction will take place between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.
Traffic Impacts: Motorists and residents should anticipate intermittent lane closures and alternating one-way traffic throughout the duration of the project.
