To the Residents of the Town of Colonie,

As your Chief of Police, I'm pleased to share the Colonie Police Department's 2025-2027 Strategic Plan. This plan is our roadmap for the future, outlining our commitment to ensuring the continued safety and well-being of our community.

This strategic plan is a community-driven effort, reflecting the needs and desires of our residents, business owners, and dedicated employees. It addresses fundamental questions about who we are, where we are going, and how we will achieve our goals together.
I want to personally thank our incredible team – the sworn officers and professional staff whose dedication makes our work possible. Their commitment to our mission of protecting and serving Colonie is unwavering.
