City of El Centro Press Release: New El Centro Connect app now available
The City of El Centro has launched El Centro Connect, a new mobile app and online service that makes it easier for residents to submit service requests directly to the City.
Residents can use El Centro Connect to report issues such as street maintenance concerns, trash, graffiti, code enforcement concerns, storm drain issues and other City service needs.
The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching “El Centro Connect.”
Residents can also submit requests online at:

When submitting a request, please include the location and as much information as possible to help City staff identify and review the issue.
