El Centro residents are invited to take a short community survey about the proposed Community Resilience Center and help identify the services and resources that are most important to our community.

The proposed center could provide emergency shelter, cooling center services, clean-air refuge, backup power, emergency resources, community programs and more.

📝 The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
