Street work is underway today as part of the 2026 Street Overlay Project.

ARAM chip-seal work began today, Aug. 25, and will continue through Thursday, Aug. 27, on several streets throughout El Centro.

Wednesday, Aug. 26:
• Manzanita Drive, alley to Eighth Street
• Jacaranda Drive, alley to Eighth Street
• Danenberg Drive, alley to Eighth Street
• Cypress Drive, Manzanita Drive to Danenberg Drive
• Lenrey Avenue, Court to Lotus Avenue

Thursday, Aug. 27:
• Lotus Avenue, Court to Ross Avenue
• 23rd Avenue, Desert Gardens Drive to Ross Avenue
• Desert Gardens Drive, 24th Street to 22nd Street
• 23rd Avenue, Pepper Drive to Ocotillo Drive
• Pepper Drive, 23rd Street to Pepper Court
• Pepper Court, Pepper Drive to 22nd Street
• State Street, Lotus Avenue to 23rd Street
