ACCESS Anacortes Fiber Internet Alert 6/7/25 7:45 am update
Internet Connectivity Notice
We are aware of an intermittent connectivity issue affecting some customers on our network. This issue is related to our DHCP server, which dynamically assigns IP addresses. When the server does not assign an IP address correctly, affected devices cannot connect to the internet.
Important Notes:

This issue does not impact customers using static IP addresses.

Not all customers are affected; the issue is intermittent and only impacts some users.
If you are experiencing an internet outage, please follow these steps to help restore your service more quickly:

Power off and then power on both your city-provided modem and your router or Wi-Fi device (whether it's from the city or your own).

If your city-provided device says “Gateway 3” on the bottom, that’s the only device you need to power off and on.

City-provided equipment is labeled “Nokia.”

After powering the device(s) back on, wait about five minutes. Service is expected to be restored.
