If you are experiencing an internet outage, please follow these steps:
- Power off and then power on both your city-provided modem and your router or Wi-Fi device (whether it's from the city or your own).
- If your city-provided device says “Gateway 3” on the bottom, that’s the only device you need to power off and on.
- City-provided equipment is labeled “Nokia.”
