If you are experiencing an internet outage, please follow these steps: 
  1. Power off and then power on both your city-provided modem and your router or Wi-Fi device (whether it's from the city or your own).
  2. If your city-provided device says “Gateway 3” on the bottom, that’s the only device you need to power off and on.
  3. City-provided equipment is labeled “Nokia.”
After powering the device(s) back on, wait about five minutes and service will be restored.
