Jefferson County in central Alabama...

* Until 300 PM CDT.

* At 146 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Addison to Jasper to Oakman to near Binion Creek
Landing, moving east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Mountain
Brook, Trussville, Hueytown, Gardendale, Irondale, Leeds, Moody,
Fairfield, Fultondale, Oneonta, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas,
Center Point, and Pleasant Grove.
