...The National Weather Service in Birmingham AL has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Alabama...

Cahaba River Near Cahaba Heights affecting Shelby, Bibb and
Jefferson Counties.

Cahaba River At Centreville affecting Dallas, Bibb and Perry
Counties.

.Heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 inches is expected tomorrow over the
Cahaba River basin and a flood warning is now in effect for the
Cahaba River.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cahaba River near Cahaba Heights.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flooding of some commercial property in
the area begins as stages continues to rise.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 2.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 17.3 feet Monday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Instructions

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
