Power Outages Today
Flathead Electric is working on a large scale outage impacting the Whitefish Lake and Big Mountain areas. The issue stems from damage at a substation. To get members back online sooner, crews will be using a process called load switching to bypass the damaged equipment. During this process some additional areas may experience brief outages.
