City facilities, the James S. Thalman Chino Hills Branch Library, and the Chino Hills Police Department lobby will be closed on Friday, July 4, in recognition of Independence Day. Residential trash collection will be delayed by one day following the holiday. City staff is available on-call to respond to emergencies after hours, such as water leaks or downed trees, and on holidays and weekends by calling (909) 364-2860.
