Many residents in Chino Hills are experiencing a widespread Spectrum internet and phone service outage which is also affecting City phone lines. Please note the City’s after-hours line to report concerns is temporarily down and Spectrum has not provided an estimated time for restoration.

To report concerns during this time, please use the City of Chino Hills mobile app or the City’s online Request Tracker at www.chinohills.org/ServiceRequest. Requests will be reviewed and addressed on Monday.

Please note that 9-1-1 and the Sheriff’s Department non-emergency line are not impacted and remain available.
