Willow Fire Update - 50% Contained, EB Soquel Canyon Parkway Open
WILLOW FIRE UPDATE - 50% CONTAINED, EB SOQUEL CANYON PARKWAY NOW OPEN
Chino Valley Fire District remains on scene responding to the Willow Fire. As of Tuesday, May 19, at 1:45 PM, the fire is 50% contained. Firefighters successfully prevented damage to houses in the direct path of the fire. The acreage has been updated to just under 3 acres. Resources are expected to remain on scene for several hours.
Eastbound Soquel Canyon Parkway has reopened. Westbound Soquel Canyon Parkways remains closed between Elinvar and Slate Drive.
