Registration for Parks & Recreation Youth Basketball Opens November 9 

Registration for Parks & Recreation’s Youth Basketball (ages 6 to 14 years) opens Monday, November 9 at 8 a.m., and costs $65 plus tax. Registration is first come, first served, and any registrations received after a division is full will be placed on a waitlist. Kids must turn 6 years old by March 6, 2027, to play. A $10 late fee will be added beginning November 23. Registration closes on Monday, November 30 at 11:59 p.m. 

Youth Basketball is about skill development, fun, and sportsmanship for newcomers and returning players. The season runs from January 4 through March 6, 2027. Kids will practice for an hour once a week, and games will take place on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

A pre-season clinic will be offered on December 19th at Kax̲dig̲oowu Héen Elementary School. The clinic will focus on building and assessing players’ skills and helping them get ready for the upcoming season. More details will be shared after registration closes.
