Mendenhall Lake Gauge Crests – Area Remains in Flood Stage
 
The National Weather Service reports that as of 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, the Mendenhall Lake gauge has crested at 16.65 feet. Areas downriver can expect a crest in 15-45 minutes from the time of this update.

The area will remain in major flood stage for several more hours. Do not return at this time.

The National Weather Service continues to monitor and update data regularly. Follow NWS on Facebook and find links to lake and river gauge at JuneauFlood.com.
