Brewer Chronicle Newsletter

The Brewer Chronicle is a monthly electronic newsletter published by the City of Brewer available on the City's website.  Each issue includes a calendar of upcoming meetings, important dates and reminders, and information about topics important to our community.  Below is the link to the October 2026 issue:

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

Residential household hazardous waste collection will take place Saturday, October 3 from 8am-12pm at Brewer Public Works located at 221 Green Point Road.  Registration is required to participate.  Pre-registration is open and can be completed here.  For more information on this program and how to register, please visit the Household Hazardous Waste page on the City website.  A flyer with more detailed information is also available here.

Indigenous Peoples' Day

City Hall and all administrative offices will be closed Monday, October 12 in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day.  As a reminder, many services can be performed online through the City website.

Tuesday, October 13 at 6pm in the City Council Chambers located at 80 North Main Street.  The agenda will be posted here.
