MaineDOT is seeking public input on proposed Parkway South pedestrian crossing infrastructure improvements.  The scope of work for this project consists of reconstructing ADA compliant sidewalk ramps and detectable warning fields at 4 intersections:

1. I-395 Westbound On Ramp will be realigned to provide better visibility of pedestrians in crosswalk
2. Parkway South / Dirigo Drive - Crosswalks and pedestrian signals with APS push button equipment
3. Post Office / Camden National Bank - Crosswalk will be relocated to allow for ADA compliant landings and better connect people to their destinations; Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons will be installed
4. Reconstruction Pedestrian Ramp at Tradewinds Variety
