FY27 Budget Information

If you would like more information about the FY27 budget process, please visit the Budgets page on the City website.  On this page you will find a budget timeline, past presentations and any supporting documentation.  This is also where the City will post the draft FY27 budget later this spring and where you can find the City's current operating budget.

Spring Road Postings Removed

As of Friday, April 17, 2026 spring road postings have been removed.  More information about road postings is available on the City website.

Ken Locke Stream Cleanup

This year, the Ken Locke Stream Cleanup will be held Friday, May 15 from 8am-12pm.  Volunteers will meet at the Joseph L. Ferris Community Center at 8am.  Immediately following the event, there will be a volunteer recognition picnic at 12pm at the Community Center, sponsored by Jeff's Catering.  If you are interested in volunteering for this year's Stream Cleanup, please RSVP to Autumn Treadwell by TODAY, Friday, April 24 at 207-989-7500 or atreadwell@brewermaine.gov so the event organizers will know how many to expect for the volunteer lunch.  All community members, local organizations, residents, youth civic groups, and businesses are welcome to participate!  We hope to see you there!

FY27 City and School Budget Public Informational Meeting

Tuesday, May 26 at 6pm in the City Council Chambers located at 80 North Main Street. Brewer.  A draft budget will be posted on the City website ahead of this meeting.  More information on the FY27 budget is available here.
