Traffic Impacts: July 10 through 18

Primavera Avenue

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, the Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will be doing maintenance on the stormwater collection system near 417 Primavera Avenue from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM. During this work, local traffic will be allowed to and from their homes, with minor delays.

North County Road Between Wells Road & Atlantic Avenue

The Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will install conduit and equipment on North County Road between Wells Road and Atlantic Avenue, the week of July 14. A lane closure will be in effect, but traffic will be maintained.

Coral Lane Between North Lake Way & Crescent Road

The Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will install conduit on Coral Lane between North Lake Way and Crescent Road the week of July 14. The road will be closed to through traffic, but local traffic will be maintained.

Dunbar Road Between North Ocean Boulevard & Bradley Place

The Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will install undergrounding equipment on Dunbar Road between North Ocean Boulevard and Bradley Place the week of July 14. The road will be closed to through traffic, but local access will be maintained.

Bradley Place Between Oleander Avenue & Everglade Avenue

On Monday, July 14, and Tuesday, July 15, the Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will conduct directional drilling on Bradley Place between Oleander Avenue and Everglade Avenue. Single-lane closures and traffic shifts will be implemented, but traffic will be maintained.

Seminole Avenue Between Bradley Place & Lake Trail

On Wednesday, July 16, and Thursday, July 17, the Water Resource Division of the Town of Palm Beach will perform HDD work on Seminole Avenue from Bradley Place to Lake Trail. The road will be closed to through traffic, but residents' access will be maintained.
