Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center Closing for Renovations
The Town of Palm Beach announces the temporary closure of Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center for major renovations, including the exciting addition of two new pickleball courts. The facility will close on May 1, 2025, and is scheduled to reopen on November 1, 2025.

This renovation project is part of the Town’s ongoing commitment to enhancing recreational facilities and providing residents with modern, state-of-the-art amenities. The improvements will include resurfacing tennis courts, replacing fencing, and the highly anticipated installation of two dedicated pickleball courts to meet the growing demand for this popular sport.

During the closure period, residents and visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the facilities at Seaview Park Tennis Center. Courts will be available for lessons and social play, and reservations can be conveniently made through the PlayByPoint app. For more information and updates on the renovation progress, please visit the Town of Palm Beach Recreation Department’s website, www.palmbeachrecreation.com/tennis or call 561-838-5404.
