Draft Comprehensive Plan Public Comment open until May 6, 2025
Dear Residents,
The Village Board of Trustees is in the final stages of consideration of the Draft Comprehensive Plan for adoption. The Plan is an important Village document that describes a long-term community vision for the Village. The document and the process involved in preparing it can be found here. https://www.planhastings.org/ .
During the creation of the document over the last couple of years, several opportunities for public participation were offered. Most recently, the Board of Trustees opened the formal Public Hearing on the draft Plan on April 1 and continued it on April 15. The Public Hearing will remain open at the Board of Trustees meeting on May 6.
Written comments may be sent to the Board by email at boardoftrustees@hohny.gov. They may also be mailed to or dropped off at the Village Clerkâs office in Village Hall at 7 Maple Ave. Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y. 10706. In-person comments may also be made at the Board of Trustees continued Public Hearing on May 6 at 7 pm at Village Hall. The Board welcomes your comments and participation.
