Special Election for Westchester County Executive-Tue, Feb 11 6am–9pm & Early Voting Feb 1–Feb 9
- Register in-person at the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601.
- Visit the Westchester County Board of Elections website HERE for forms and information.
- Drop-off your registration at the DMV or CLICK HERE to use the DMV Electronic Voter Registration Application.
- Visit the NYS Voter Registration webpage to register online.
- Download and complete a voter registration form.
- Complete a Voter Registration form Request through New York State Board of Elections.
- Call 1-800-FOR-VOTE (1-800-367-8683) to request a voter application.
- Feb. 10, 2025 is the last day for an applicant or agent to apply in-person at the Board of Elections for the Special Election absentee ballot.
- Feb. 11, 2025 is the last day to postmark the Special Election absentee ballot by mail.
- Feb. 11, 2025 is the last day to deliver the Special Election absentee ballot in person to the Board of Elections or at any poll site throughout the county, by the close of the polls on election day.

On January 2, 2025, George Latimer resigned as County Executive following his successful election to represent New York State’s 16th Congressional District in Congress. Latimer’s resignation triggered the requirement for a Special Election to complete the unexpired term.
