III. OLD PUBLIC HEARINGS
   1. Subdivision & Steep Slopes Approval – Application of 270 Partners Inc. for the resubdivision of two existing lots into three new lots for the construction of three new single-family dwellings located at 264-270 Farragut Avenue (aka 264-270 Farragut Pkwy). Said property is in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.110-108-73, 74 & 75 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

   2. View Preservation Advisory & Site Plan Approval – Application 555 Warburton Avenue, LLC for a mixed-use development and addition to an existing building creating three (3) commercial spaces and fifteen (15) residential units with sixteen (16) parking spaces on two existing building lots located at 555 Warburton Avenue & 15 Spring Street. Said property is in the CC Zoning District and is known as SBL 4.30-22-1&34 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

   3. Said property is in the MR-C Zoning District and is known as SBL 4.70-48-37 & 38 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

IV. NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
   1. Subdivision Approval – Application of Cassandra Sweet & Dalibor Eterovic for the creation of a new building lot located at 16 Sheldon Place. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.20-18-4 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

   2. New Accessory Apartment Approval – Application of Antonia Young for the creation of a new accessory apartment in an existing detached garage located at 3 Whitman Street. Said property is located in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.30-24-8 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Map. No waivers required.

   3. Subdivision Approval - Application of 2 Fulton, LLC for the creation of a new building lot located at 2 Fulton Street. Said property is located in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.140-146-16 & 17 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

   4. Site Plan Approval - the application of Tabi Realty for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104A, for the demolition of their existing three-family building, paving & retaining walls and restoration of the site at their property located at 425 Warburton Avenue. Said property is in the MRO Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.70-52-10 & 11 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.
