1.    ***Deferred to Future Meeting*** View Preservation Advisory & Site Plan Approval – Application of Frank Racanelli for the renovations and additions to his multi-family dwelling located at 449 Warburton Avenue. Said property in MR-O Zoning District and is known as SBL 4.70-52-21 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.

2.    ***Deferred to Future Meeting*** View Preservation Advisory & Site Plan Approval – Application of RTB Washington, LLC for a mixed-use development creating one (1) commercial space and twenty (20) residential units with twenty (20) parking spaces and a public access Mews on two existing building lots located at 9-17 Washington Avenue. Said property located in the CC Zoning District and is known as SBL 4.30-24-26 & 27. on the Village tax maps.
