We are pleased to announce the return of the Fall City-Wide Yard Sale, scheduled for Saturday, September 12th.

Residents wishing to participate must register online by Tuesday, September 8th.  All registered residents will be included on a Citywide List of the sales for that weekend.  The sale will be advertised on the City's website and across our social media platforms.

We are also pleased to announce our Community Yard Sales at Erie Way Park will take place on Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm at Erie Way Park, 1-31 Union Street. City of Middletown residents living in apartments, Condos, or who do not wish to have a yard sale at their home, will be eligible to sign up and host a yard sale. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Rules and regulations must be followed and are listed on the form. Proof of residency is required upon submission of the form. This will coincide with the Paper Shredding Event at Erie Way Park from 9 AM to 12 PM. 

Plus, if you are participating, feel free to pick up a lawn sign from the Clerk's Office, free of charge! Let your community know you're a participant, while supplies last!

Please be advised that once your form is submitted, no changes will be permitted.


Remember, For this event only, the customary license fee and deposit will be WAIVED for participating residents. This opportunity is only open to Residents within the City of Middletown. Businesses are not eligible to host a yard sale at their brick-and-mortar location or at Erie Way Park. All other rules for yard sales MUST be followed, including the Prohibition on posting signs on public property.
