City of Carbondale Announces new Payment Portal for Utility Bills

The City of Carbondale is pleased to announce that we have partnered with a new payment processor, Invoice Cloud, to offer a new payment portal with many new features for residents to pay their utility bills.

To access this new payment portal visit www.explorecarbondale.com and select the pay icon to begin using this new system. If you have bookmarked the previous payment site, please be sure to update to our new payment solution via Invoice Cloud.
Some benefits of this new payment portal are that individuals can autopay with a credit card or checking account or via text, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc. Users can also set up bill payment reminders.
We hope that users find this new system to provide a level of ease and convenience when paying your bills.
