Carbondale Police Press Release – Missing Person Located

CARBONDALE – On September 15, 2025, Julia was located and found to be safe and in good health. The public’s assistance with this incident is greatly appreciated.
Prior Release - The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating Julia Andrew, age 45, of Carbondale. Julia was last seen on September 3, 2025, in the 400 block of South Berveridge Street in Carbondale. Julia, pictured below, is 5’10” tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Julia was last seen wearing shorts and carrying a blue backpack and a stuffed animal. Julia suffers from a condition that places her in danger. Anyone with information is asked to call the police department at the numbers listed below
