Official notice of Zoning Appeals Hearing



TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

An application has been filed by Mustang MHC, LLC (Wesley Hays), of 1909 Millers Lane, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests an appeal of their denied application for a manufactured home dealership license in the MH-2, Manufactured Home Park District and legally described as:

This application has been assigned Case No. A-24-01. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on December 19th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case,
the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
