UPDATE: Water Pressure Restored in Sorento and Hidden Lake Neighborhoods

City crews have isolated the leak and water pressure has returned to normal for customers in the Sorento and Hidden Lake neighborhoods. Repairs will begin soon and there is no expected loss of water pressure for customers at this time. If there are further impacts to customers, we will provide another update.

City Staff Working on Water leak affecting Sorento and Hidden Lake Neighborhoods

The City is aware of a water leak on Weiss Lane and Pflugerville Parkway. Crews are working to isolate the leak. Water customers in the Sorento or Hidden Lake neighborhoods may see low water pressure at this time. We will share an estimate time for repairs as soon as it's available.
