The City of Pflugerville remains in Stage 3 emergency water restrictions. During Stage 3, all City of Pflugerville customer water use is limited to indoor use only, with the exception of watering foundations to prevent cracking.

All City of Pflugerville water customers, commercial and residential, must conserve water to help refill Lake Pflugerville, the City's primary water source. Although the temporary bypass waterline was activated, there are still hundreds of millions of gallons of water that need to be recovered.
