CGAlerts: Current Trash & Sewer Payment Portal Closes After June 21

As the City transitions to a new Trash & Sewer Billing System, the current online payment portal will stop accepting payments after June 21, 2026.

Important Dates & Information:
June 21, 2026: Last day to make payments through the current online payment portal.
June 22, 2026: Existing Paymentus auto-pay enrollments will be automatically canceled.
June 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.: Last day to make in-person payments before the transition.
June 29 – July 10, 2026: The Finance Department will be temporarily closed while the new system is brought online.
July 6, 2026: Customers who were unable to pay their June bill before the transition may make their payment through the new portal without late fees or service disconnection.

Need help setting up your new account?
City staff will host free account setup and training sessions on July 11, 14, and 16 to assist with account registration, auto-pay enrollment, e-billing, and payment updates.
