The City of Casa Grande Streets Department has closed Cottonwood Lane in both directions between Overfield Road and Hacienda Road due to a failed and collapsed storm drain. This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of the traveling public.

Street crews are currently securing the roadway and will begin the restoration process. At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for reopening.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
