SRPD Needs help locating parents or personal responsible for a found Child

The Santa Rosa Police Department is seeking the public's help to locate the parents or family of a found child. 
The child has given the name of Jose Baca Mejia. He has told officers that he is 8 years old. 
Jose was found in the area of 1311 Guerneville Rd, in west Santa Rosa.
