The Santa Rosa Police Department (SRPD) is investigating a stabbing that occurred during the early morning hours of November 1, 2026, and is asking for the public’s help in identifying those responsible.

On November 1, 2026, at approximately 2:00 a.m., SRPD officers responded to a report of a stabbing near Fulton Road and Casey Drive. Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from multiple stab wounds to his torso and arm. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, where he received emergency medical treatment. His injuries were determined to be serious but not life-threatening.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim and several associates had attended a party in the area of the 1900 block of Fulton Road. At some point during the gathering, a confrontation occurred that spilled out into the street and escalated into a physical fight. During the altercation, the victim was stabbed multiple times.

Based on evidence collected thus far, investigators believe the incident is gang-related. Detectives from the Santa Rosa Police Department’s Gang Crimes Team responded to the scene and are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the assault. While gang involvement is suspected, investigators are continuing to work to determine the exact motive and identify all individuals involved.

At this stage of the investigation, limited information is available regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident. Detectives are encouraging anyone who witnessed the altercation, has relevant information, or possesses video footage related to the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.

Residents and businesses in the Fulton Road and Casey Drive area are encouraged to review any video footage recorded between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on November 1, including footage from home security systems and doorbell cameras.
