Request for assistance with Missing Person

The Santa Rosa Police Department is investigating a missing person report and are asking for the public's assistance with information. He was last seen in the area of Skyhawk neighborhood and St. Francis Rd. on 10/10/25, at approximately 10:00 pm. 

Missing Person Information:
Julian Barnett, 19 years old
5'08" and approximately 160 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes
His clothing is unknown.
