Pedestrian and bicycle access through the tunnel connecting downtown Lebanon parking with the Mascoma River Greenway is open again. There is a detour within the tunnel through scaffolding to protect from the compromised portion of the Hanover St bridge. Bike riders should dismount and walk through the scaffolding for safety reasons.
Construction at the Mascoma St / Mechanic St / High St roundabout continues. Please follow rail trail detour notices through that area.
