Installation of Wall Panels for Kitson & Partners’ New Office Building at B Street Anticipated to Start Tomorrow

Founder’s Square Temporarily Closed to Vehicular Traffic During Install

As part of the planned B Street project, installing the wall panels for Kitson & Partners’ new Babcock Ranch office is anticipated to start tomorrow (weather permitting). Once wall panel installations begin, Founder’s Square will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic from Curry Preserve Drive to Telegraph Street. Pedestrian traffic will also be closed between Slater’s Goods & Provisions and Curry Preserve Drive, as sidewalks will be closed in this area. We will notify you once Founder’s Square is fully reopened. The new, 42,000-square-foot, two-story building will be located at the northwest corner of B Street. The second floor of the new building will be dedicated to Kitson & Partners' offices, and the first floor will host a variety of retail tenants.

B Street is a planned walkable plaza across from Founder’s Square in the heart of Babcock Ranch. It will feature a vibrant array of dining, retail, commercial, office, and residential spaces amidst abundant green spaces. We will provide updates as this project progresses.
