Annual Holiday Tree Lighting

Join us for the annual Babcock Ranch Tree Lighting Festival and enjoy an enchanting evening filled with holiday spirit! Savor delicious food from our food trucks, watch as Santa lights up the dazzling tree, and take a leisurely walk along the beautifully illuminated boardwalk.

It’s an evening of fun, great food, and festive cheer you won’t want to miss!

Hot Coco Time: 6 - 8 p.m.

Shirt Pickup/Purchase: 5:30 - 7 p.m.

Holiday Extravaganza

December 6th, 2025

5:30 - 8 p.m. | Founder's Square

Sip hot cocoa, snap a photo with Santa, and explore festive sponsor tables and the Merry Market. Write a letter to Santa, stroll the enchanting lighted walkway from Founder’s Square to Cypress Lodge, and enjoy live music, bounce houses, and delicious food trucks.

Join us for an unforgettable night of holiday cheer!

Please be advised that Lake Babcock Drive, from Curry Preserve to Telegraph, will be closed beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5th, to accommodate preparations for the Holiday Events this weekend. The roadway is expected to reopen on Saturday, December 6th, following the event.

Access and Parking Information:

• Access to Founder's Square and surrounding businesses will remain open throughout the event weekend.
• Additional parking options are available as follows (see map above)
  • General Parking: Grass lot to the right of WellWay and limited spaces behind the new Kitson & Partners building.
  • Golf Cart Parking: Designated areas in the grass and near the WellWay pool
  • Overflow Parking: Field House
    • Golf cart shuttles will be available from the Field House to assist residents and guests in traveling to and from the event area.
  • Handicap Parking: WellWay Parking Lot

Please Note:

Our beautiful Holiday Experience Path—a decorated and lit path along the lake and throughout the community—will be available daily for everyone to enjoy throughout the month. The lights will be on each evening from dusk until approximately 11:00 p.m.

To protect the displays and ensure everyone’s safety, please remember that wheeled items such as bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted on the holiday pathway. Strollers and wagons are welcome.

The HOA has a few mobility scooters available for those who may need assistance walking the distance to enjoy the lighted pathway. Scooters are available on the HOA office's front porch for your convenience.
