* At 700 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wellsburg,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.

Kennedy Township, Ambridge, McKees Rocks, Coraopolis, Sewickley,
